Returns Policy
- Returns can be requested within 3 calendar days of receiving your order.
- Returns are accepted only for products that arrive damaged. To initiate, please email us with clear photographs of the damaged item.
- Note: Handmade items may exhibit minor imperfections that add to their uniqueness and are not considered defects.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition.
- Packaged in its original packaging.
Return Shipping Information
- We will arrange a return pickup if our courier partners cover your area.
- In areas where pickup is unavailable, customers will need to arrange return shipping independently.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours of receiving the returned item.
- Please allow 2-3 business days for our payment partners to process the refund and restore to your account.
Returns for International Orders
